"Serraview is very good at the Core Space Management function - but there's still work to do"

What do you like best about Serraview?

Capable product with additional functionality you can add with separate modules. VBS UI and functionality is great for stacking / space management. Eptura have improved the integration offerings and options since we onboarded the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serraview?

Product vision is lacking since Serraview was acquired and direction leans heavily in favour of US Domestic Market, ignoring what existing customers are asking for - or implementing customer requests in a way which doesn't actually meet the ask. Appreciate there has been a lot of work under the hood to back all the Eptura products onto a single platform, but the products still feel fragmented rather than part of a cohesive suite.

We were impacted repeatedly with performance issues while this work was underway - limited warning, lots of pain with the Engage desk booking tool just not working on frequent occasions during the transitional period.

In fairness we don't still see this - and some of the issues we raised 7+ months earlier have finally been addressed (e.g. Mac SerraviewLive agent finally being updated to support Apple Silicon). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Serraview solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scenario Planning with VBS is the core feature - and it does the job very well. The Engage desk booking tool has never been my favourite option, and App Store reviews have reflected that sentiment from a number of other customers. Renaming Condeco to Engage and pushing that in an additional Pricing Tier probably would resolve this, assuming we were willing to adopt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
