The free extension can be used without a paid subscription and provides basic recommendations on how to improve website SEO. **What do you dislike about SEOSpace?** The main issue I experienced was the signup process and checkout process, which I found very unclear. The monthly pricing was the most prominent influence shown, so I didn’t realise I was committing to a full annual subscription billed upfront. At signup it also mentioned a seven-day free trial, which was not applied to my account. While I understand I’m a returning user, seeing the free trial message at that stage was misleading. Because of these issues, I accidentally signed up to a plan I didn’t intend to, and there was no flexibility offered to switch to monthly or offer a prorated refund, which makes it very difficult for a small business like mine. I also found it frustrating that both the chatbot and the team member I was dealing with just referenced customer policy and weren’t willing to consider my case, despite me reaching out on the same day of signup and being reasonable. Eventually, communication just completely stopped, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. **What problems is SEOSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SEOSpace for basic SEO and website optimisation. It provides basic guidance and recommended improvements through a free extension, which is useful as it doesn't require a paid subscription. ### 2. I paid $50 for AI Visibility, but it’s actually just a video that tells you how to improve your SEO. Like, I can just ask AI and it will give me the same answers. Clear metrics, actionable advice. The plugin to make changes in Squarespace is clutch. One of the best tools combined with intuitive how-tos for every aspect of the process. As someone who used to work in customer success I can tell Henry gets exactly what it is to be in the user's shoes. Top notch handholding for those new or new-ish to SEO. It's improved my site's ranking and saved me a ton of time and stress. **What do you dislike about SEOSpace?** I wish keyword tracking and backlinks could be added on to the DIYplan as the other features of the agency plan are useless to a small biz owner. **What problems is SEOSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did no SEO and felt it would be too time consuming.
