The main issue I experienced was the signup process and checkout process, which I found very unclear. The monthly pricing was the most prominent influence shown, so I didn’t realise I was committing to a full annual subscription billed upfront. At signup it also mentioned a seven-day free trial, which was not applied to my account. While I understand I’m a returning user, seeing the free trial message at that stage was misleading. Because of these issues, I accidentally signed up to a plan I didn’t intend to, and there was no flexibility offered to switch to monthly or offer a prorated refund, which makes it very difficult for a small business like mine. I also found it frustrating that both the chatbot and the team member I was dealing with just referenced customer policy and weren’t willing to consider my case, despite me reaching out on the same day of signup and being reasonable. One of the best tools combined with intuitive how-tos for every aspect of the process.
