What I like best is how responsive and collaborative the team is. They took the time to understand our business and were very open to feedback throughout the website redesign and SEO process.

I also appreciated that they were willing to make detailed revisions rather than pushing a generic template or one-size-fits-all solution. Communication has been clear, changes have been implemented quickly, and the team has been patient while we refined the website page by page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main area I would improve is the first-draft quality control. A few pages initially contained generic template wording or content that did not fully match our business, so I had to review the website very closely and request several corrections.

That said, the team has been very responsive to feedback and has made the requested changes quickly, so it has not been a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate their attention to detail and the effort they put into understanding my business and its goals. The service has been professional and reliable, and I am pleased with the progress so far. They are knowledgeable, organized, and always available when I have questions or need something updated. Communication has been smooth, and they keep me informed about the work being done. I like their professional communication, reliable support, and effective SEO strategies. Their consistent results encourage me to continue and expand our partnership. For example, SEO Discovery improved my website's keywords, content, and technical SEO, helping it rank higher on Google and attract more relevant customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use SEO Discovery for web development, SEO, and social media services. They helped us with ways to promote and figure out how to enter the market, which was crucial as our business is from scratch. They provided pre-launch strategies and guided us on web hosting and other workspaces. I appreciate their expertise since I've found no problems to date and hope for the best in the future. They've been polite, dedicated towards work, and incredibly flexible, which I love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that SEO Discovery is cost-affordable and has a proactive approach. They exceed prior expectations and are willing to tackle more technical aspects that other service providers might ignore. Their time-proven approach focuses on SEO fundamentals, leveraging both on-page and technical SEO, and they maintain deliverables while incorporating client inputs with keyword research to target specific areas. They're helping me improve search rankings, especially in local search, which generates more qualified leads and improves our ranking and goal achievement. I love that they have amazing credentials and an outstanding background. I really want them to keep up the great work and continue their proactivity, especially with AEO, as it's an emerging area with growing opportunities. I'd rate them a 10 on the recommendation scale. Overall, we are happy with the services SEO Discovery provided. The time zone issue could be improved for better communication. The team works in a different time zone, and sometimes the timing doesn't match up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking for a reliable SEO company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really disappointed in SEO Discovery. They are currently running a case study on my business, House of Nepal, featuring stats that are basically made up.

The reality is we stopped working with them because they simply couldn't deliver. We spent a long time waiting while being told "success is just around the corner," but it never arrived. Now, they’re using our brand name and inflated data to sell their services to others.

I’ve reached out multiple times to have this unauthorized content removed, but they’ve completely ignored my requests.

Also, a word of advice: Don't be fooled by their high review count. They push for reviews very aggressively (and quite awkwardly) at the very start of a project before they’ve actually delivered anything. Do your homework and take their "success stories" with a massive grain of salt. We’re looking for an agency with actual integrity, not just good fiction writers. I find SEO Discovery to be very responsive, attentive, and quick. Their responsiveness and accuracy stand out to me. They helped me with pricing Google Ads and building my website, and I found WordPress particularly helpful. I appreciate their quality of care and responsiveness, and they're always up to date with the market needs. These aspects make me likely to continue my partnership with them. I use SEO Discovery for SEO services to increase my site's visibility, improve domain authority, increase sales, generate leads, and conversions. I was impressed by the reviews I found on Google. I appreciate their off-page services, including business profile, listings, ads etc. They helped me implement tools like Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics, which provided detailed analysis, indexation, and discovery of new keywords. I find that they are really good at their work, take client requirements seriously, and give measurable results such as improved DA, ranking, visibility, and organic traffic.
