"Secure file intake that's simple to manage"
5/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

SendSafely makes it easy for our teams to securely receive sensitive files from people outside the company without them needing an account. Dropzones are simple to set up for each team, Okta sign-in keeps access tied to our identity provider, and the Enterprise Console gives me one place to manage users and permissions as an admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

Some permission changes, like enabling a new security group, have to go through support instead of being self-serve in the Enterprise Console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Deployment and Powerful API/Webhooks for Smooth Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

The absolute best aspect of SendSafely is how effortlessly it deploys, paired with its incredibly versatile API and webhook capabilities. Getting the platform up and running took very little effort, and it integrates smoothly across our entire application stack, including Zendesk, Salesforce, Gmail, and especially Zapier for orchestrating automated file movements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

While the system delivers excellent core utility for secure transfers, I’d really like to see more granular layout configuration options in the web portal. The current branding tools are helpful, but broader design customization would let us fully align the portal with our company’s corporate identity guidelines, right down to detailed typography choices and the overall CSS structure. "Smooth SendSafely Integration for Effortless, Secure File Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

What stands out most is how smoothly SendSafely integrates with our existing software stack, without creating operational friction or putting strain on our budget. It has modernized our data protection approach by making it easy for both our internal teams and external clients to exchange files effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

The only real limitation I’ve run into is that we can’t create standardized Workspace templates to automatically replicate folder layouts. When I’m setting up multiple new projects that all follow the exact same file-organization hierarchy, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Smith of SendSafely

Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s great to hear that SendSafely has fit naturally into your software stack and helped modernize secure collaboration across teams, clients, and partners. We’ve also noted your request for reusable Workspace folder templates; that kind of practical feedback is incredibly valuable.

"Versatile, Enterprise-Ready Secure Transfers Made Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

What makes SendSafely so impressive is how versatile it is across different scales of operation. It’s simple enough for quick, one-off secure transfers—like sending personal files to outside consultants—yet still robust enough to handle high-volume, enterprise-grade data flows smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

When you first log in, the user interface may come across as a little too basic and utilitarian. Before long, though, it becomes clear that the minimal design is deliberate: it keeps the tool from cluttering your workspace and helps avoid confusing external users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kate Smith of SendSafely

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad SendSafely gives your team an easy way to securely share everything from one-off files to enterprise-scale data with external vendors. We also appreciate the feedback on the interface. Keeping secure transfers simple for both internal and external users is an important part of our approach.

"SendSafely Makes Encrypted File Sharing Simple and Seamless"
4/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

The best thing about SendSafely is how simple it is to send heavily encrypted attachments. Unlike more rigid security tools that come with a steep learning curve, this platform lets us drop files into our everyday communication channels with virtually no lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

The system handles its core security functions brilliantly, so I don’t have any real dealbreakers to complain about. If I had to call out one area for improvement, it would be the user interface: the design feels a bit plain and looks like an older generation of enterprise software. "Straightforward Deployment with Robust APIs and Smooth Outlook/Salesforce Extensions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SendSafely?

What stands out most is how incredibly straightforward the deployment process is, especially when paired with the robust API capabilities. Getting everything set up took almost no heavy lifting from our IT side, and the native extensions for Outlook and Salesforce worked smoothly right out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendSafely?

The software handles its core encryption tasks flawlessly, so I don’t have any major functional issues to report. That said, the administrative dashboard feels a bit utilitarian in its layout, and it would benefit from a more modern design refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
