The card plus postage still costs less than a standard card from a grocery or box store. **What do you dislike about SendOutCards?** I haven't yet learned how to perform campaigns in the new system. I cannot say that I dislike it, just need more time to work with it to fully evaluate this feature. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** SendOutCards saves time shopping for the perfect card, and enables me to include a personal message to the recipient. ### 2. It has been so helpful to give a delicate and personalized touch to my relationships with my colleagues and clients. **What do you dislike about SendOutCards?** Maybe the fact that you have to manually edit each card if you want to send a style to multiple contacts and to edit you need to go to the previous one and edit and then send it, there should be a way to create a template and be able to edit in an easier way to send it. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** People do love to feel special and valuable to others, so the fact that you can add a special detail such a personalized card it can help you connect even better with them. ### 3. They advertise unlimited cards but have many stipulations on what is unlimited so I would not recommend this for business use. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quite frankly they have not solved any of my problems. ### 4. The old model was more flexible and cost effective for small businesses that don't send out a lot of cards frequently. **Recommendations to others considering SendOutCards:** Be sure the subscription model fits your needs for sending out cards to customers, vendors, etc. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have terrible handwriting, so sending a personal hand-written note just isn't an option for me. With SendOutCards I can still send a personal note, but it looks professional. ### 5. No longer does one have not only to remember to "send out" a card for someone's special occasion or a specific holiday, but the individual also doesn't have to go into a store, browse through all the cards, and choose one that may or may not meet what they want to express. Using SendOutcards allows an individual to create, express, and design a card that they wish to send and also being highly customizable in which one can add their photos and language. **What do you dislike about SendOutCards?** As a user, I cannot say that there are any negatives that I have come across yet. I will say that SendOutCards is a multilevel marketing company which are often associated at pyramid schemes; however, this won't be an issue unless you are looking to invest in the company. **Recommendations to others considering SendOutCards:** Give the application a try. Once you start to use it, you'll be surprised why you hadn't tried it before. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are several problems that SendOutCards is solving—the first being time. The time spent going to a store, browsing all the cards, reading their messages, hoping to find the right one that may or may not be as personal as you would like, then taking it home, writing a letter, and popping it in the mail. Another problem being solved - is the ability to customize your card in several different ways from colors, images, messages, and design. ### 6. I don't always have cards on hand to do that and this allows me to do that online plus send their delicious brownies with the card for those that go above and beyond. ### 7. Cards come early, but not too early, and there are so many options to choose from. The variety in cards and gifts is incredible, especially considering you can start blank and completely create something unique. The pricing is really pretty decent, as well. It overall ends up being much easier and cheaper than shopping for cards and gifts ourselves, and of course since it is automated, much easier to not have a situation where some clients get birthday cards, but others don't. **What do you dislike about SendOutCards?** The system to pay for cards and gifts is all points based, since they are international and use several different currencies, but it can be difficult to read something in a "points" price and actually equate it to dollars, especially since depending on your size and usage, how many points you get per dollar changes. It can also be somewhat cumbersome to update your campaigns as new clients are brought onboard. We also purchased some baked goods as a sample, and although they tasted amazing, the presentation left something to be desired. During the phase where we were customizing greeting cards, it was sometimes pretty difficult to get them looking how we wanted. For example, you can't change the font on the front of the card at all, the system kept adding quotation marks around clients' names on the return address, and getting the correct back on our cards proved to be more challenging than we anticipated, as well as using the "signature" feature they provide. When we needed to contact customer support, they weren't as friendly as one would hope. **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** As stated before, it is a much more rare occasion that different clients get different levels of service, based only on some months we were on the ball and other months some people fell through the cracks. To solve that problem, it is excellent. We have also cut costs on birthday campaigns and similar. ### 14. Send out cards makes this process easy! **What do you dislike about SendOutCards?** Setup takes a bit of time but once info is in and handwriting sample done it’s a breeze from there **What problems is SendOutCards solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing closes a sale like a sincere thank you.
