As a media-first company, Chatrlyst has enabled us to make strategically informed decisions that target the core of our audiences. The added community responce features have reduced our direct imput required to manage accounts. Being able to have a clear overview of comment data from all of my videos across platforms to measure audience emotion & their feedback is an absolute game changer for the content creation industry. Chatrlyst gives you confidence in new ideas based on comments from loyal followers + being able to see metrics like most mentioned brands is definitely an A+ feature. A lot of the time, I was able to do this prior based on a quick glance within the native app(s) the videos were posted on, but now I have a clear, data backed picture so I know for sure whether or not its a good idea or not.
