In our search for a product to meet our backup/restore/anti malware goals, Semperis offered a detailed demonstration of thier priducts. Excellent explanations with qualified subject matter experts(SME) were above expectations. After our decision to use Semperis, a SME was assigned to us during our installation implementation phases. Professional experience with explanations and reasons how/why we selected different options during installation. This made documentation on our side very easy. We have been using ADFR and DSP for 2 years. It consistintley meets our needs and has evolved into an early "warning" system for our daily AD monitoring. It has fabulous informational/warning emails that are sent as often as you declare. The Semperis products do require updates periodically but the Semperis staff works with us to schedule these updates. I can hoestly say I don't have dislikes for Sermperis ADFR/DSP. Perhaps the only thing I can say here is the dataase error message we recieve from DSP. However, a call to Sermperis support would correct that in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is very easy to install and to use. The customer success manager is very motivated and helps that the implementation of the infrastructure and configuration is efficient and successful.

During daily use, the administration page is very reactive and fast even in a bigger environment, we use it daily for investigations or restores. The tool is very reliable.
