As remote work becomes commonplace, companies need to optimize office space, coordinate among teams, and facilitate collaboration. Semana is a SaaS-based platform which integrates seamlessly with HRIS tools, communication tools such as Slack and Teams, as well as Google and Microsoft. ## Semana Reviews ### 1. The ease of use for both collaborators and us administrators. **What do you dislike about Semana?** A bit tedious sometimes to update the communities because they are not always aligned with the developments of our HRIS. We have had some major reorganizations, which were complicated to update. **What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?** The implementation of the flex office following the health crisis was quickly carried out by implementing Semana from the start. The employees did not "fear" not knowing where they would be sitting, or next to whom... The managers who needed visibility on their teams were also satisfied with the tracking that Semana allows for both different offices and remote work. ### 2. Moving our office and switching from 200 personal desks to 100 shared desks, we wanted the easiest and most confortable software to help people working seamlessly from home and office. After 2 years of using Semana, we can confirm we made a great choice and we are really fan of the Semana app. ### 3. Easy to use, it is even possible to update one's days of presence/remote work from Teams, which is super convenient. The ease of coordinating with colleagues based on statuses and booking a room directly in the tool is really great. **What do you dislike about Semana?** Nothing serious, really too effective with the new homepage **What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Semana helps us manage our rapidly growing workforce, allowing us to better organize ourselves in the office. We can easily find each other, plan on-site days, check others' schedules, etc. Integration with our calendars is really convenient. ### 4. It integrates with our HR interfaces. It makes it easy to manage workspaces and set compliance guidelines. Also really like the space management rules. **What do you dislike about Semana?** No downside but hope they continue to add new features as the platform keeps getting better **What problems is Semana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a flexible office policy really is a challenge without Semana: who's coming to the office and who's not, are the teams able to meet when they need, do we have enough free desks, etc. ### 9.
