The AI-driven advertising automation was very useful and helped us optimize efficiently in terms of results and time. Additionally, the Benchmark report was useful as well. I was disappointed that the AI automation of Ads was only limited to Sponsored Ads and could not be applied to Sponsored Brand or Display Ad types despite our high spending on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sellics? Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service! Having used Sellics for many years, we took a small break and when we resubscribed to Sellics some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data correctly. Having spent weeks contacting customer services was very slow coming back to us on why this data wasn't available and we wasted a month's subscription trying to fix the tool - absolute waste of time and it still doesn't work! Sellics support refused to refund us, which is shocking as the product didn't work as described, we feel significantly misled and would not have subscribed if we knew the tools didn't work as before, they should have told us if these features weren't available when we re-subscribed - absolute shocking, misleading, money-grabbing service from a company that puts profit before helping loyal customers. We mostly like the Autopilot feature in the Advertising Tool that has saved us so much time, money and effort in what we consider the most important aspect in selling on Amazon. The Vendor Edition user interface is good and super functional but a good idea would be to revamp it and enhance the UI so it looks more advanced and up to date. I personally find the Questions and Reviews management section to be the most useful for my position. There really isn't anything to truly dislike about sellics. It's very powerful, has a sleek and modern design, and the UI is overall very intuitive. It truly feels like a "Plug and Play" application. I'd say the best aspect of Sellics (aside from the many features and functionality) is that the addition of different Amazon marketplaces doesn't cost more money. That was what sold me, as other platforms had marketplace limits or additional costs associated with each one. With Sellics, you can add any marketplaces you use (that they support, which is all but the newest), and it is easy to toggle through the dashboards of each to get an idea of performance every day. To be honest, my ACOS has not really gone down, despite introducing automated rules on all my keyword and product campaigns. We originally started using Sellics for the PPC automation tool which was the only one of it's kind available with the features we wanted but other features such as the Product review tool have become key to our success as a business, indeed we have had visitors from other companies who have seen the software and remarked at how useful such tools could be in thier own Amazon business strategy. The interface can get a little buggy at times and some of the finer metrics aren't explained very well, we would also say that some technical issues take a long time to be addressed but overall we've had a good experience with it. We automate the keyword bids for 100s of thousands of keywords using sellics, something we never would have been able to accomplish manually. We also use the system to assess changes in profitability and collate information about the issues affecting our customers through the review tool. I was on SellerLabs, and it could not do half the things Sellics does. No only that, but I can add consultants, assistants, and managers to the account with limited access. I'd rather pay a flat fee rather than a sliding cost based on my gross Amazon sales. The support team needs to improve communication.
