There isn't anything that I can think of off the top of my head. If I could fix something, it would be designing a function where you could get specific emails regarding volunteering and focus on the desired state the employee resides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much that I can dislike about the platform. Still, I'd suggest eventually adding a badging feature where an employee receives some sort of recognition or prize for a particular activity or number of activities similar to the leaderboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
