## About Seledia
Seledia is procurement software designed to help purchasing teams manage open orders and supplier follow-up after the ERP export. Users can import ERP or Excel data, identify positions that need attention, organize them into escalation groups, and send predefined supplier emails directly through Outlook. When new ERP data is imported, mappings, comments and escalation history stay connected. Seledia Pro adds supplier performance analytics, KPI scoring, dashboards, and AI-powered reply analysis that checks Outlook responses, matches them to the relevant purchase orders and open positions, and updates the workflow automatically. Seledia works alongside existing ERP systems rather than replacing them.
