When new ERP data is imported, mappings, comments and escalation history stay connected. Seledia Pro adds supplier performance analytics, KPI scoring, dashboards, and AI-powered reply analysis that checks Outlook responses, matches them to the relevant purchase orders and open positions, and updates the workflow automatically. Seledia works alongside existing ERP systems rather than replacing them.
