Documentation very well organized and constructed; The Support has plenty of resources to handle new cases and they are quick; The support is willing to make significant improvements/changes aimed at the product's maturation; Automation of password changes for various environments; Credential lifecycle policies with various criteria possibilities, due to multiple integrations; Recordings and approval flow for critical credentials; Ease of responding to audits due to various available audit information; Password strength policies, allowing you to shape how new passwords will be generated; Possibility of changing the primary key when importing new credentials, to meet complex scenarios; The system is easy to use and very logical, so it is possible to solve various problems caused by incorrect configurations using only logic; The product has excellent performance; The "Switch profile" option that allows you to see exactly what the created profile has access to; Access approval via mobile for approvers; SMTP configuration through AUTH2 authentication. What do you dislike about Segura 360° Privilege Platform?

The product does not handle credentials very well, as it is currently not possible to automate the exchange, due to using the last automatic password change as a trigger for calculating the credential's lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation interface can be somewhat confusing, requiring several clicks to access certain features, which are sometimes a bit hidden.
