SeenOnMain Reviews & Provider Details

SeenOnMain gives local service businesses- plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, house cleaning services, landscaping and lawn care, and similar trades- an AI assistant that never misses a new customer. Every account gets a branded mini-website with a contact and quote form, hosted on its own dedicated server. The instant a lead or quote request comes in, the business owner gets an instant text alert and a live phone call from an AI assistant offering to connect them to the lead right then - press 1 to connect, or let it go. The text always goes out either way; it's never conditional on whether the call is answered. On Starter and above, SeenOnMain also sends AI-personalized follow-up emails on Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 if a lead doesn't book, so nothing quietly goes cold. On Growth and above, it turns quote requests into AI-written proposals and sends automated Google review requests once a job is marked complete. Every account gets a lead/quote/customer CRM the owner can see in their own dashboard. SeenOnMain is fully consultant-managed - not a self-serve SaaS tool. There's no software to learn, no template to configure, and no code to touch. A real team builds the pipeline, hosts it on a dedicated server, monitors it, and fixes issues, all for one flat monthly price. That replaces what a web agency would otherwise quote as $10,000+ upfront plus an ongoing retainer for a comparable custom-built lead form, quote flow, and follow-up sequence. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, full access, no credit card required, before any plan is chosen.
