SeenOnMain gives local service businesses- plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, house cleaning services, landscaping and lawn care, and similar trades- an AI assistant that never misses a new customer. Every account gets a branded mini-website with a contact and quote form, hosted on its own dedicated server. The instant a lead or quote request comes in, the business owner gets an instant text alert and a live phone call from an AI assistant offering to connect them to the lead right then - press 1 to connect, or let it go. The text always goes out either way; it's never conditional on whether the call is answered. On Starter and above, SeenOnMain also sends AI-personalized follow-up emails on Day 1, 3, 7, and 14 if a lead doesn't book, so nothing quietly goes cold.
