"Comprehensive, Scalable MDR with Strong Threat Intelligence Backing"
What do you like best about Secureworks Taegis MDR?

Taegis MDR stands out for its powerful combination of advanced threat detection, seamless integration, and expert-driven response. It leverages Secureworks' deep threat intelligence (CTU) to rapidly identify and contextualize threats across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. I especially appreciate its user-friendly interface, which enables effective triage and investigation, and the collaborative response model, allowing my team to co-manage incidents with Secureworks analysts. Additionally, the customizable detection rules and flexible API integrations make it easy to tailor the platform to our environment and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Secureworks Taegis MDR?

While Taegis MDR offers robust detection and response capabilities, there are a few areas for improvement. Alert noise can occasionally be high, requiring manual tuning to reduce false positives. The initial setup and data source integration can be somewhat complex, especially in hybrid environments. Additionally, while the UI is generally intuitive, some advanced search and investigation features could benefit from better documentation or in-app guidance. Finally, reporting customization options are limited compared to other platforms, which may be a concern for teams needing detailed executive or compliance reports.
