What do you like best about Secureworks Taegis MDR?

The ease of implementation and use. Reporting is very detailed and points directly to any problems that arise. If any issues do arise that are pretty serious, Tickets are automatically generated and emailed to me, also a live staff member will be assigned to review, troubleshoot and contact me right away. Taegis MDR stands out for its powerful combination of advanced threat detection, seamless integration, and expert-driven response. It leverages Secureworks' deep threat intelligence (CTU) to rapidly identify and contextualize threats across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments. I especially appreciate its user-friendly interface, which enables effective triage and investigation, and the collaborative response model, allowing my team to co-manage incidents with Secureworks analysts. What do you dislike about Secureworks Taegis MDR?

While Taegis MDR offers robust detection and response capabilities, there are a few areas for improvement. Alert noise can occasionally be high, requiring manual tuning to reduce false positives. The initial setup and data source integration can be somewhat complex, especially in hybrid environments. Additionally, while the UI is generally intuitive, some advanced search and investigation features could benefit from better documentation or in-app guidance.
