"Julia Arpag is doing an exceptional job connecting recruiters with talented individuals"

4.5/5

What do you like best about SecureVision?

Nothing I can think of at this stage. Everything went well as planned and expected. The recruiter was very cordial and interview was conducted in a very professional manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Most efficient recruiting service I've used"

5/5

What do you like best about SecureVision?

Working directly with the recruiters means we get aligned on who we are targeting and allows for nuance that uncovers opportunities for us and our candidates. Other partners I've worked with have an account manager who relays information to the recruiters. I've worked with Kellie Lindow, Natalie Aguilar and Julia Arpag - each was a pleasure to work with and highly competent at finding and screening quality candidates for our roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SecureVision?

I have found no downside to working with SecureVision - in 20+ years of hiring, they have been the best aligned and most efficient. The only hitch I've encountered was working around their office closures - but we worked together to minimize any impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SecureVision:

Have your process and requirements in order, as SecureVision can move quickly. Consider what screener questions you want them to use and provide them with a clear articulation of your company and team's vision and values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecureVision solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding both domestic and international qualified candidates quickly and managing the process to completion saves us time. Their flexibility in supporting the hiring process we prefer helps reflect our values throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecureVision solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am seeking a new sales role, and Julia found my LinkedIn profile and professionally reached out to ask if I was interested to learn more. Once I responded, we found a common time on the same day. Benefits included Julia's knowledge of the company, the role, and why JBS is hiring. She was expert in asking questions to vet my experience and skills to determine if she would recommend moving me to the next step of the hiring process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
