We didn't realize until we talked to James that the way our online presence was we were going to be really hard to recruit for. They also spend the time up front to make sure we have enough clarity on the role to be successful. **What do you dislike about SecureVision?** Nothing I dislike. Their pricing structure is such that the risk is much more so on you the owner if it doesn't work out (paying a monthly fee rather than a percentage when successful) but for us, they've been successful every time and saved us a ton on each role and we are super picky and have been hiring for really in demand tough to fill job posts (full stack web developer etc). Again the candidate quality has smoked what you'd see from a job posting **Recommendations to others considering SecureVision:** Try them. I went into it with them thinking that worst case I pay for a month and they get me much better set up for future recruiting and so far have been a beyond happy customer. **What problems is SecureVision solving and how is that benefiting you?** I own a growing proptech company and we have been rapidly growing. We've tried all sorts of ways of hiring. Directly ourselves, job posts, networking, other recruitment agencies and weren't getting the results we were looking for. I came to G2 to look for reviews and that was how I settled on Securevison. I met first with the owner of the company and was really impressed by him. Then I got to meet the team that would help us directly and they have been amazing. Their pricing model has saved us tens of thousands over even good deal percentage of first year salary agencies. We have yet to interview a terrible candidate from them in the 5 or 6 roles we've hired for.
