## About SecureLink Enterprise Access
Trying to authenticate, provision, and audit a rotating population of support technicians is a challenge that often results in shared logins, security vulnerabilities, and a lack of vendor accountability. SecureLink Enterprise Access allows you to manage and control the critical access your third parties need to systems, servers, and databases via a single solution, without having to sacrifice efficiency or security.

## SecureLink Enterprise Access Reviews
  ### 1. Great product to Allow vendor access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donnie S. | Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2022

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The controls we have to allow our vendors to access their servers in a protected manner helps to meet regulations while helping business react in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The use of letsencrypt as the certificate authority.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing only the users we know to be allowed to the servers/applications they should have access to.

  ### 2. Great tool for companies with many vendors

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2021

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I love the available resources such as the SecureLink University for training and learning, access to Technical Support, and the always available specialists that can meet anytime that week if we have questions. Everyone encountered so far has been amiable, helpful, and very kind.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The only thing I dislike about SecureLink is the fact that the actual server s subject to so many attacks as it is on the Internet and not air-gapped. The gateway is behind firewalls but the main server seems to be under such constant assault that I fear it may one day be hacked. It is supposedly closed to certain access but it could still be at risk with any vulnerability in a protocol. Wonder if there are fixes for that.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us a better solution for external access for the vendors which provide the tools we use. We can decide on who can access what asset and when, we can automate the creation of their accounts, and even determine the amount of access given to different users. We realized that it would be a great alternative for internal users as well.

**Official Response from Chelsea Wells:**

> Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate your feedback and take it into consideration as our product evolves. Looking forward to a continued partnership with your company!

  ### 3. Really smooth deployment, easy for users to adopt. SecureLink team was very helpful.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The most helpful feature is the ability to allow users to register on their own. MFA is enabled allowing more security in regards to terminated employees at other companies. The ability to watch sessions as soon as they have finished and are disconnected allows us to see exactly what work was done and how the issue was resolved. Email alerts upon connection to our resources also allows us to get up to date information on when contractors are connected to our systems. I like the fact that when a registration form comes in we are immediately notified and are able to approve the request easily either by logging into the site or via the mobile app.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The one feature I wish SecureLink had was the ability to upload your own logo. I wish the mobile app added a little more functionality as at the moment it only allows you to approve pending requests. If it had the ability to disable access or change current access I believe it would be more helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

I would definitely recommend SecureLink for anyone who is struggling with access to their systems by contractors. It has eliminated the need for VPN connections and has made our environment more secure. The fact that we no longer have to enable and disable AD accounts whenever a contractor leaves or comes on board to another company sold us right away. The ease of use from registration to connecting to our systems has made it easier for contractors to get connected quickly and securely.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that was solved for us was being able to control when contractors can and cannot access our systems. Being able to approve access for a certain period of time has helped. When using a VPN for access rather than SecureLink, we would never know if an employee at another company was terminated. This left a huge hole in our security, leaving accounts active that should have been disabled.

  ### 4. Remote Vendor Support at its Finest

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve A. | App Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The best feature of SecureLink is that their platform is not overcomplicated for any IT professional at any level. Their UI is straight forward and easy to interact and administrate while all the secured complexities are integrated in the backend of the software by the SecureLink developers. That makes the SecureLink platform a dream come true for any busy IT professional who is looking to provide effective vendor support solutions to their business, but also something that will not require hours of attention taken away from your day to day.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

Honestly, SecureLink is a full package vendor support software program that is not lacking in any areas thus far in my experience with them for almost 2 years now. They are dominating their space from all areas; from tech support, customer service, sales support, and not to mention the program itself provides effective solutions for remote support.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

If you have multiple vendors the you manage and need to provide them a secured method of connection to your network, then you can rest assure with the high level performance and exceptional customer service that SecureLink provides.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for a huge hospital organization with a plethora of vendors. We were struggling with our own internal secluded VPN segment for support of our vendors only. This is difficult to handle and very time consuming. By using SecureLink, we now have the man hours back in i=our hand to focus on other IT business solutions focus goals.

  ### 5. SecureLink For Enterprise - Great for Vendor and Employee Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

1. The platform is very versatile. It can be used as both a staff and vendor based remote access solution.

2. The security and auditing capabilities are very strong. You can record all logins, record the RDP sessions, and be notified of all events taking place on the platform. This allows easy review by information security personnel if needed.

3. Cross platform - The solution will run on any platform that can run Java applications.

4. The platform can handle many users with a relatively small amount of server resources in either a physical or virtual environment. As you scale your users the factor with the most impact on resource allocation is how much recording of RDP sessions do you want to store and how long do you want to keep them.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

1. In some cases it can be a challenging product to maintain when you have many (hundreds) of users on the platform. We ran into this as we were using it as a remote access solution for staff during the current Pandemic. They are making changes to their platform to accommodate this use case now though so I expect it will be made easier in the future.

2. The platform was formerly licensed in a manner where you would pay per vendor company and then you could have as many users under that company for no extra cost. This has now changed to a per user licensing model which means it is more costly to run for a significant number of users.

3. Even though it is a strength, the fact that the platform does require the use of Java and on non-Windows based systems could also be a drawback. For some companies this may cause issues or present information security concerns.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

Ensure that you carefully examine all of the costs associated with their new licensing model. Have a very good estimate of how your usage will be now and how it will grow to estimate these ongoing costs effectively. Also make sure your Internet bandwidth is sized correctly to handle the number of users you expect to have on the platform.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure Link has helped us reduce the need to have IT staff members sit with vendors on remote service sessions to monitor everything they are doing. Since we know the system is recording everything and we receive alerts when users login to the platform, it has reduced the burden on our staff. Secure Link also enabled our organization to rapidly transition to remote work when the pandemic hit, giving our technical team a major leg up on keeping the organization running at full capacity.

  ### 6. We appreciate the responsiveness of support, and how easy it is for our Vendors to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

We like the fact that its real simple for our vendors. We like the onboarding process SecureLink offers, and how fast their support group responds to issues.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

We do not like that it is still using Java. We also would like a GUI refresh and better API integration.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to worry about onboarding new vendors. We also find great benefit with SecureLink support being available to assist with vendor connectivity issues.

  ### 7. SecureLink for Enterprise - remote access for vendors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andy C. | Applications & Security Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

It is very easy to use and always works.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

There isn't anything that we don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

If you want a one-stop shop to have all of your external vendors entering your network, SecureLink is the way to go. Its easy to set a vendor up and easy to set up the systems they need to get to. The video of the remote sessions is very valuable.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy for us to set up an outside vendor to remote into our computer network.

  ### 8. Vendor access made easy and secure!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The Securelink solution and its ability to monitor and track our vendor's access to our network has been a game changer for our internal access request process. It has simplified the process and made it more secure and with the recent integration with our PAM solution it has become and even more secure method of accessing our network to the point where we don't even need to create individual user accounts anymore.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I wish it had the ability to access our Cloud environment. Currently it works great accessing our internal environment, but if we want our vendors to access our cloud environment we have to provide a jump box vs a way to directly login.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved all the issues we were having with our vendor accounts and their ability to access the network securely.

  ### 9. Very good alternative to VPN access.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2020

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I like that I am able to remove contractor VPN accounts from my network and provide them more secure and better experience using SecureLink. I've only received positive feedback from consultants and contractors using it. I'm taking a cruise ship and making it a canoe.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I don't dislike anything. I have received no bad reviews.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

Take a phased approach to implementation. Do not do all vendors at once.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving major risks that contractor VPN accounts present such as excessive access. Implementing and maintaining firewall rules and ACLs can become very cumbersome and SecureLink solves that problem too. I also get to see what exactly contractors are doing as well for accountability.

  ### 11. Great service for insight into vendor work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brad H. | Information Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

I wish it was a bit easier for vendors to reset their passwords.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

I would highly recommend this product to help keep your organization secure from vendor loss

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without SecureLink, we would have to have multiple VPN tunnels set-up for vendors.

  ### 12. Was easy to move users into this system and support is fast and responsive and provide solutions.

**Reviewed by:** Bilal T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

Some items are not available out of the box but can be configured.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing access of all contractors, consultants and third parties and limiting the account of access they have in our environment. Got rid of all VPN access.

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2020

  ### 14. Hassle free and Secure Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vignesh S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2018

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

It is secure and enables multiple remote session without causing any lag or disconnect of the sessions.
The level of connecting to various third-party remote access is just awesome and gave full control to support the enterprise clients during my job. It has also provided the control of turning ON/OFF of the gatekeepers for the clients by ensuring controlled across to the business. It also provides the dashboard like the feature where the administrator or user can monitor the sessions in use and can take necessary actions. Securelink also enables the user irrespective of the admin to add the remote server without any issue and enables the user/admin to search the gatekeeper, host, and customer with the various search filters. And this awesome!!!

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

"My Securelink" only shows the recent sessions, rather it should enable the user to save the important gatekeepers for later use.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

I would recommend Securelink any given day, because of it is easy implementation, administration and excellent remote access.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business Problem: Providing quality product delivery in clients environment through remote sessions and Securelink has enabled this feasibility to work remotely from any geography.

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I love that I can log into work quickly when I am running late. On the history tab, I am able to see all of my time sessions. The auditing Securelink offers is extensive. I like that the users connect to a central server and then the gatekeeper is listening for new requests to connect. SecureLink meets the needs of our organization for Privileged Access Management. We have successfully rolled this out to all external vendors, and their access to our production environment.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

Sometimes I have issues connecting to my vpn, but issues were always resolved quickly.Sometimes the gatekeeper is not available when services are down and we have to wait for long hours to get the work done. But it happens once in a blue moon

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

I will recommend this product as it is very easy to use. You can see all your sessions history and can connect them easily.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 16. Securelink Remote Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sampath B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2018

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

I like the connectivity that it establishes with in few seconds to a minute or two and the established connection last until the point I want to disconnect. The connection is very stable. Its easy, the GUI is very friendly and the connectivity is excellent. In my experience of 7.5 years in this organisation, I never came across any situation where an implementation was delayed or cancelled due to the secure link connectivity issues. I really feel that this is one of the best tool my organisation uses on a daily basis to resolve the end users issues. I strongly recommend this product to any upcoming startup's that has similar kind of setup where in they need to access the clients servers on a day to day basis. I feel proud to use this tool.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

Sometimes it becomes very difficult to get connected to the remote servers due to network related issues. These issues are majorly caused due to the connectivity lost on the clients end or if the servers that you are trying to connect are switched off.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

I would surely recommend Securelink Secure Remote access to other clients as well

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We normally work on the clients servers remotely and we use the securelink secure remote access to access those servers and fix all the connectivity issues and other application issues. There are many benefits of using this tool, to name a few we can copy the files on the clients server and it would be a hassle free experience.

  ### 17. Senior CAD Consultant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Enforcement | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2018

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

That I am able to access customer accounts through one VPN. Before Securelink, we used whatever VPN the client provided. This was insecure (due to multiple people needing access and the customer not always know who had left the company) and different VPN's often caused conflict on the same computer. Securelink allows me to go through the company to gain access to customer's systems. If I leave, the company cuts off my access. The customer's love it because they know exactly who is in their systems and when.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

Customers often set our initial password to expire and require a change immediately, but when using SecureLink, I can't get on the server to change the password. The customer has to set our password to not expire and many don't like that. I also hate that when I minimize a remote session within a few minutes of logging on, it disconnects me, but after a certain timeframe, I can minimize and it does not disconnect me.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

From a user prospective, this product greatly improved my ability to remotely support customer systems. I worked in this industry for many years prior to using this product and it has made things so much better and easier in meeting my job requirements.

  ### 18. Securelink Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2018

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

The ability to track vendors as to when they log onto a server. The vendors also cannot choose how to log in, they are assigned a user id that can be used to track on issues.
You can check the connection history for a vendor and check what vendor rep is logged on at any moment.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

It would be good to be able to view what servers have been assigned to a vendor. at the moment you need to go through the connection process to view the servers.
When you need to add a new vendor it would be helpful if the process can be expedited; sometimes it takes a week or more to get a vendor added.

**Recommendations to others considering SecureLink Enterprise Access:**

Implement if you need a secure method for vendors to access your Application Servers

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us the security of how a vendor can access a server. Unless they are part of Securelink they cannot log in. In the event of troubleshooting an application issue you can track when a vendor logged in, for how long, etc...

  ### 19. Very nice experience while using the securelink.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2018

**What do you like best about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

ntuitive. It's been so easy to use and set up. I can set up a vendor, they get the email on how to log in with a link to the site, and they can figure out what to do, for the most part.
I like the fact that they are still relatively small as an organization. I have strong communication channels with the support staff and they are extremely responsive to any questions I have.
It's a well thought of product.

**What do you dislike about SecureLink Enterprise Access?**

ava based. Always an issue. I know they are working on this and it will be Javaless if we need it. I know that Java can cause issues across the board and I understand the need of it, but it does not make it any better when there are Java issues.
Stronger integration with the Active Directory. Currently its only read-only, which is good and bad.
I would love to see an App. I know they are working on this as well.

**What problems is SecureLink Enterprise Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SecureLink meets the needs of my organization for Privileged Access Management. I have successfully rolled this out to all external vendors, and their access to our production environment. I have found that the product is very easy and intuitive to understand how to use. I'm also in the process of rolling this out to the internal employees so we can have a bit more control around the production environment. I'm currently at about 15% for the internal roll out.
