It was very easy to start up a new Secure Virtual Data Room, also to add users, combine them into groups and upload documents, also setting up the special rights for each user. The new users invitation process is smooth and easy, plus a standard welcome email is prepared, which eases the process of explaining what is this all about. The process of ending up the usage of Secure Virtual Data Room after for example three months. You cannot terminate the subscription yourself, you have to contact SecureDocs team which was not easy. It is easily accessed by people worldwide and able to set up the room to allow flexibility for different groups to review data. Mineral exploration has a tremendous amount of data and SecureDocs, handles it with ease.
