Sectigo Certificate Manager Reviews & Product Details

Ease of use in issuing certificates and renewals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better if you can purchase the certificate through the console than email for a quote and than waiting for a few days. Hard to tell if you have an extra SAN name or how many you have in inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were easy-to-use documentation that walks you through the steps for setting up alerting and other basic concepts within the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall the service and product has been a significant improvement from our previous vendor. The implementation was a breeze, the solution has significantly reduced administrative effort, and we are able to empower teams directly, all for a significantly lower cost than our previous vendor. The vendor has also been proactive in notifying us of changes that impact our certificates, and has been great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few true issues or dislikes for the product. It would be helpful if lower tiered support contracts had established regular contacts (limited at the lower tiers), but as the solution has operated exactly as we needed it to, there is not much need for that. Sectigo Certificate Manager’s main drawbacks are its steep learning curve and occasional UI quirks, which can make initial setup and navigation less intuitive, even though the platform becomes powerful and efficient once fully configured. [gartner.com] Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Sectigo Certificate Manager because it is easy and intuitive. I appreciate the ability to directly manage the generation of certificates without having to go through a reseller. Additionally, the initial setup process was quick and intuitive. I am also looking forward to implementing the ACME features, which I believe will further enhance the experience. In my opinion, I would prefer to have the option to credit the money to the account directly from the SCM console without going through a retailer, perhaps using a credit card directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, and some features come with a learning curve, especially for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like having a central repository for all certificates with Sectigo Certificate Manager, which lets me easily see when they are expiring. It helps us avoid any outages because it sends reminder emails. I also appreciate the certificate automation, which removes the need for someone to remember alerts or take manual action. The initial setup was as easy as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the speed of attention of the service and the availability of top-notch technical support in Brazil. It is surprising that this support is also available in Peru. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We will have news that an additional feature will be implemented for automatic installations, which would require a lot of money, human labor that requires a lot of technical time, much care, and much dedication to avoid errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Managing and creating certificates with Sectigo Certificate Manager is straightforward, as creating the certificates is really easy and self-guided. It's also simple to track when the certificates are expiring, which I find helpful. Even though I wasn't involved in the setup, our team found it quite easy. I'm really satisfied with the product. One thing that can be improved is when we try to compare two certificates, there is no option for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
