I found this very good for the Brand Protection **What do you dislike about GlobalSign?** For Digital Signature, this is not good DS not transferable. Digital Signature Services not working in Android devices. This could be much batter if this can be used for android mobile device as well. **What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global Sign helps us with Digitally Signature, which makes a Paperless Process. Also, using GLobal Sign PKI for Email security like Digitally sign and the Email encriptions. Also, using Global Sign SSL for website security. ### 2. Unfortunately, the Poorest Customer Service I've Used **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Mike S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2023 **What do you like best about GlobalSign?** The certificate they provided worked well and was easy to use, once I received it, although the verification process is quite a laborious process (though I understand it's designed to be that way). **What do you dislike about GlobalSign?** It has been extremely difficult to complete the verification process, even though I was able to verify with them last year with less hassle; moreover, they're exceptionally slow at responding to my questions and assisting me through the process. Had I not received my certificate last year with them, I would've used a different company. **What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** GlobalSign provides the certificates I need to digitally sign and certify documents for a technical specification process, although I only use the certificate several times each year. ### 3. That is literally the only thing I can say that is positive about them at this point. I guess they can also say that they are willing to pay for incentivized reviews because that is the only positive reviews they have. **What do you dislike about GlobalSign?** Their support is non-existent. Their website doesn't work with half of the icons for reaching them. The phone numbers to call for support go to voice mail for an individual who says they are not at their desk. Oh I am 100% sure leaving a message there is going to get a response. They don't respond to tickets for days, and their vetting process is an absolute nightmare. Run, run away. Do not use them. **What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been trying to get an SSL cert completed for three weeks now. Their customer service is absolute garbage. I would only use Digicert but for their new policies that rack up costs, and I needed a very specific kind of cert that only Globalsign could do apparently. I will never willingly use them, ever again. ### 4. As we know, browsers will be verified with the help of SSL certificates. **What problems is GlobalSign solving and how is that benefiting you?** GlobalSign helps to authenticaticate any browser whenever we want to connect or get information from the web server. But not sure. I am very impressed with having someone on support who has complete knowledge of all the processes. **What do you dislike about GlobalSign?** Nothing which i can find, It still is hands down the best SSL certificate provider. **Recommendations to others considering GlobalSign:** Subscribe to them as soon as possible. The interface is easy to use and there are ton of options there. And the best part about them is customer support.
