I really appreciate the speed and reliability of certificate purchases and renewals with Sectigo Certificate Manager. The DCV process is much easier now, thanks to the option of validating domains through DNS CNAME records. The setup of certificate users along with enrollment and revocation of certificates is simple and fairly intuitive. The actual enrollment process on the use end is not as intuitive, at least in my experience with the personnel who have been receiving certificates. There was a change in default configurations that created a new field in the enrollment form that causes some issues with our procedures until we were able to iron out the issues with support over the course of a week or so.
