"Time-Saver with Easy UI, Needs Faster Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

I really like Sectigo Certificate Manager because it saves me a lot of time with certificate renewals due to its easy UI and the email notifications that provide certificate download links in various formats. The simple UI is great because it allows users to easily navigate without going through a list of steps to complete a task. I find the auto-cert renewal feature very useful, especially since it can be easily set up with F5/servers. This feature will be particularly beneficial when the certificate lifespan is reduced next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

Support from Sectigo is a bit slow compared to other CAs I've worked with previously. Prompt support to users and some details on the required fields while creating a cert would be helpful, especially for new users. Setup was easy because we did it ourselves since we didn't get the expected support from Sectigo during the migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized, Intuitive Certificate Management That Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

What I like most about Sectigo Certificate Manager is the way it centralizes certificate management while still keeping everything easy to manage day to day. The interface feels intuitive, renewal tracking is clear and straightforward, and the automation features reduce manual effort and the risk of mistakes. It's easier to integrate and implement for activity like certificate creation, domain validation, monitoring and other features, which we use on daily basis. What do you dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

I don’t have any cons to mention about SCM. However, if I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be customer support—specifically, having fewer layers in between so it’s easier to reach the right person and get help faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Features, But Lacks Customization Control"
4/5
What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

The website is very fast, supports SSO, and offers a wide range of customization options. The support team is efficient; on one occasion, I called in with a critical issue and received a solution almost immediately. The network agents that can manage certificate lifecycles are also a standout feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

I wish there were an option to control the session timeout. Additionally, when editing notification templates, it's not possible to test them immediately—you have to trigger an actual event to see how the notification appears, which I find inconvenient. Some alerts could also be clearer. For instance, when an agent disconnects, the message states that it disconnected long ago or was marked as inactive, even though the agent is considered offline after just seven minutes. This can easily happen due to server or network maintenance. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to adjust this timeout, and I hope Sectigo will consider adding this feature. "Effortless Certificate Management with Powerful Automation and Seamless Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

1. Strong automation and lifecycle management

One of the biggest wins is SCM’s ability to automate the full certificate lifecycle — issuance, renewal, revocation, monitoring. Reviewers on G2 and Gartner highlight that the automation helps reduce the risk of expired or mis-managed certificates.

2. Centralised visibility across public & private certificates

SCM is described as CA-agnostic and capable of managing both public SSL/TLS certificates and internal/private PKI certificates in one platform.

3. Wide integrations + enterprise-scale readiness

Many users mention the breadth of integrations (cloud providers, DevOps tools, key vaults) and the platform’s readiness for large-scale use

4. Strong upward market recognition

User reviews and analyst recognition show SCM as a leader in the certificate lifecycle management domain. For example: high user-satisfaction scores, market-presence leadership on G2.

What users like:

Many users report that SCM was “easy to implement” and that onboarding was smooth. For example:

Onboarding was well-supported, making it easy to get up and running quickly.

What users like:

Because SCM covers the full certificate lifecycle (issuance, renewal, revocation, monitoring), many users say they use it regularly as part of their workflow rather than just occasionally. For example:

The intuitive dashboard and automation capabilities make managing certificates at scale much easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sectigo Certificate Manager?

Documentation and visibility feedback: For example “Some configuration options in the portal could use clearer documentation"

Some users mention support/access limitations depending on contract tier: “It would be helpful if lower-tiered support contracts had established regular contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
