SECRET FORT WAS BUILT TO BE A TRUE REFUGE FOR MARKETERS. We thought long and hard about how to build a space free from politics, drawn-out timelines, and unnecessary overhead. We then combine a core internal team with our Makers to tackle each assignment. Maker Team Structure 1: The Core Team hand selects a Maker team based on criteria such as seniority level, location, category experience, etc.  Maker Team Structure 2: The entire Maker Network is pinged to work on an assignment. Ideas that are selected for client curation are rewarded and said Maker(s) move forward with the remainder of the creative process. ELIMINATE We’re tired of sitting in meetings that lead nowhere and working in teams that are too large to be productive. That’s why we eliminated unnecessary butts in seats and the redundancies that consume precious time. Gone are the days of futile, costly resources. CURATE The heartbeat behind Secret Fort is our Core Team that works alongside assigned Makers to ensure exceptional work. Our Core Team curates the work from the Makers and delivers the best marketing solutions to our clients.
