There are rare occasions when timezone differences can delay responses by a few hours, but the team always makes up for it with proactive updates and clear communication. This was my first time building a website, and the team at Seahawk made the experience a wonderful one. They not only excel at what they do, but are also flexible. To avoid meetings, we worked more efficiently via a shared Word document. I made so many changes to the original plan that I started to feel a bit guilty, but there was not one complaint. And they always assured me that they would meet my requests to perfection. They also made some great suggestions that added to the site's visual brilliance. In the end, I got precisely what I wanted: a beautiful, dynamic, impressive website that informs with ease and style. They come with my highest recommendation. The website had over 150 pages and they delivered an excellent new website. The process was lenghty but Seahawk was always very responsive and communicative. They kept us updated with their progress and applied revisions quickly. I want to personally thank Saurabh Sinha, Himanshu Khanna, Gautam Khorana, Amandeep Singh and Desmond Ezuluebo for working with us on this project. The time zone difference has worked to our advantage in that I can assign work to Seahawk at the end of my work day and come in the next day to review what they completed during their work day (while I was off the clock). There have been times when we felt like we were running in the same issues over and over again as we were getting to know each other through the projects assigned to them. Those issues have largely been resolved but they would still benefit from checking their work and testing all links and downloads before submitting the work to us for review. Recommendations to others considering Seahawk: Have live meetings to get started to ensure everyone understands what is needed and to minimize the impact of any language barriers. Seahawk is taking on the bulk of our web production work, allowing our in-house team to focus on other activities. We use Wordpress templates for our marketing webpages.
