They have helped us meet our business objectives faster than anyone I have worked with in my 28+ years in IT, and they will do the same for you. **What problems is SCS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With such a wide array of talent, we trust the SCS team to help us solve all challenges that come with running a modern business. After 12yrs with Netsuite and now expanding into more automation, they have been very helpful. ### 3. It is rare that I cannot schedule a meeting same day or at the latest next day. When you are building solutions with them they will not only ensure testing is done correctly they will follow it through the go live and make sure everyone is trained and that it is working. **What do you dislike about SCS Cloud?** I do not have any negative feedback. The team has been great. **Recommendations to others considering SCS Cloud:** I know there are a lot of different options out there. I have come to this team with problems and an idea of a solution I wanted and they have listened to it in full and given me different options that were more cost effective. Maybe I wanted to intergrate an app I found and there is a free version that does the same thing in Netsuite. They will tell you. A lot of consultants will not. They have been great. **What problems is SCS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** SCS has been great to partner with. The team is very responsive and knowledgable. They have helped us build solutions and customizations within Netsuite and have really worked to educate the team. Most of us were new to Netsuite and it was great to have a trusted resource to reach out to. ### 4. They're easy to work with, trustworthy, and responsive. **What do you dislike about SCS Cloud?** I don't really have anything to put here...I have no issues. **Recommendations to others considering SCS Cloud:** I've worked in the industry for about 25 years now and a find like SCS Cloud is a rare one. With the expertise they have, they could easily charge twice their current rate. I couldn't be happier. **What problems is SCS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're a software development group that has a deep understaning of NetSuite with technical users who know how to work in the system. That said, SCS consultants and developers are still able to help us tidy up our instance and NetSuite customizations streamline or processes and make the system run faster. ### 5. The team has been upstanding in their delivery and support. **Recommendations to others considering SCS Cloud:** I would recommend the CalSync software to other companies who need scheduling visibility between their ERP system and Outlook. **What problems is SCS Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a schedule for multiple companies is challenging. The CalSync product allowed our team to automate / keep up to date scheduling for each company and employee with a one to one integration with our ERP system. Any issues arisen during the time using the product are always effectively and timely solved by the SCS Cloud team. ### 6.
