What do you like best about Scrunch?

As someone who lives in dashboards and reporting tools, I really appreciate how cleanly Scrunch structures audience, engagement, and performance metrics. It gives me enough depth to build advanced reports. Definitely loving the Prompt generator tool and the ability to integrate GSC data. No other platform does that as of now! What do you dislike about Scrunch?

The competitive presence section in "insights" only gives me ChatGPT optimization data which I feel is restrictive because I'd love to see the same opportunities on other AI platforms as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scrunch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of manually gathering information from different places, Scrunch gives me a single source of truth I can analyze quickly. It makes client reporting very solid since I can share screenshots from various places on the dashboard; so the client knows it's not made up in the air. "Useful LLM Search Metrics with Flexible Self-Serve Functionality"

What do you like best about Scrunch?

It provide incredible access to LLM search metrics. The self-serve capabilities, particularly the ability to quickly upload prompts and add custom tagging allows us to quickly customize the data. "Influencers Beware!!!"

What do you like best about Scrunch?

Nothing.... They get you onboard with a campaign really quickly and look so professional, until you have completed the campaign and send them your invoice.

They ignore all communication! Email, Chat, Telephone.....

I still havent been paid from my Campaign, yet they took the money off the company I was doing the campaign for.

What do you like best about Scrunch?

What do you dislike about Scrunch?

It would be awesome if this tool were free and accessible to all. Many of the features you need to pay for a Premium account for. The free trial version is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Scrunch:

Check out the free trial and see if it's up your alley. I've tested all different apps, websites, programs, etc. for influencer marketing and found that many are exclusive or still in beta. Scrunch isn't like that - it's easy to navigate, clear on the information for each influencer / campaign, and a great spring board for connecting with influencers & brands. If you manage Instagram influencers, make sure to tell them to attach their email so they can get new opportunities sent straight to their inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Searching for influencers on your own as an agency can be daunting. Scrunch has a database of influencers from across niches to pull from.
