I like the versatility of this software. You can record conversations without having a specific digital recorder-- meaning you can document from virtually anywhere. Very helpful. I prefer typing out my notes manually, but for larger amounts of information, or times when a pen/paper/tablet and the time to write things out are not available, this technology is invaluable.
