ScreenPro Reviews & Product Details

ScreenPro is the AI evaluation layer that sits on top of your hiring process or ATS. It reads every application against a scorecard built from your job description, runs structured asynchronous video interviews, and hands you a ranked, evidence-linked shortlist. The AI recommends; your team decides — no candidate is ever rejected without human validation. Four agents cover the funnel: - Tria screens CVs and cover letters against the role's scorecard — anonymized, bias-checked, with evidence-linked strengths and gaps behind every score. - Iris reviews portfolios and work samples for creative and hands-on roles. - Vox runs structured async video interviews from your question set, transcribing and scoring every answer. It never auto-rejects anyone. - Clara is the workspace copilot: ask any campaign a question in plain language, compare candidates, summarize profiles. Compliance by construction. ScreenPro is built for the EU AI Act and aligned with GDPR: human-in-the-loop on every decision, no automated rejections, a full audit trail behind every score, and anonymized-by-default CV review. When a decision is questioned, you can show the evidence and the human who made the call. Every candidate gets an answer. Teams typically cut time-to-shortlist by up to 70% while reviewing 100% of applications. Available in English and French. Built in Paris by Screen Technologies SAS.
