What do you like best about ScreenPal?

This feature is highly convenient and facilitates effective communication, particularly when addressing technical support inquiries or explaining complex concepts to my team. The process is straightforward: simply record the conversation, adjust the settings, and publish the recording to generate a link that can be shared with others. What do you dislike about ScreenPal?

There is a slight learning curve, some exploration may be necessary to fully comprehend the system. While older systems exhibited occasional glitches, my newly acquired MacBook M4 Pro operates flawlessly. What do you dislike about ScreenPal?

The downside is that i cannot access my account settings from the desktop app but i have to open the website in order to edit my settings or download an invoice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
