**What do you like best about ScreeningHive?**

What I like about ScreeningHive is how it keeps everything in one place. It makes it easy for the team to review candidates, share feedback, and stay organized. Candidates also get enough time to answer without pressure. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes the hiring process smoother overall.

**What do you like best about ScreeningHive?**

We use Screening Hive mainly within our HR team for early-stage interviews, and it has been working very well for us. The team finds it easy to manage and review candidates. Being able to watch the recordings before onboarding begins helps me get a sense of who is joining the organization, which has made our onboarding conversations much smoother.

**What do you dislike about ScreeningHive?**

Its kind of simple, but probably this is what it as sticky and useful.

**What problems is ScreeningHive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Async interviews have saved us a significant amount of time, and having every response recorded makes it much easier for more team members to take part in the evaluation. As part of the HR team, we were able to set up the tool on our own with no issues, and we are not very tech-savvy. So I would say it's super easy to set up, and when it's set up and running works.

**What do you like best about ScreeningHive?**

As a senior HR team member, I like that ScreeningHive lets us review candidate recordings directly through our ATS, which saves us a significant amount of time.

**What do you dislike about ScreeningHive?**

There is not much to dislike. A more detailed reporting dashboard inside the ATS would be helpful for tracking completion rates and team feedback, but the core features work very well for our HR processes.

**What problems is ScreeningHive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often receive several hundred applications for a single role, and the one-way interviews allow us to shortlist quickly before moving candidates through the ATS stages. Being able to review videos asynchronously means decisions are made faster, and it has significantly reduced the need for initial phone screens.

I really like how it allows creating role-specific video question templates and inviting multiple candidates at once. My favorite feature is the ability to use star ratings and comments to evaluate candidate performance and collaborate easily with our hiring team, helping us maintain a fair and consistent evaluation process.

Nothing in particular, as our goal was to have a modern one-way video interview software that offers good features and is budget-friendly.
