I like how it seamlessly integrated with Zendesk system. Now, we are able to indentify and inestigate bugs faster because when user reported those bugs they are able to attach screen records. I think it would be very good if it has the built in video editor. So if the user need to crop or trim the video, they will be able to do it directly in this program. This is extremely easy to download and use. It has a helpful variety of free tools and has helped me make my online class much richer for students. Multi factor authentication feature is not included in the Plus plan which is offered, along with automatic data deletion which are useful features to be included in the Plus Plan as well.
