Dev experience and the people of ScrapingBee. Rytas and his team are magicians! My experience with them was very well received and they manage to pull me back after I thought I made up my mind with a competitor. I'm sure Rytas closed bigger clients, but he was focused on what I need and my data issues. While running a small sample size test, I ran into a bug during after hours. I brought it up with Rytas. Him and his team was able to get it resolve very quickly! This is what convinced me that ScrapingBee is the correct partner to solve my data scraping needs. I like that ScrapingBee is my main, daily driver for scraping tasks, particularly for a fleet of 300 scrapers. It's reliable and manages to get all the fields I need, especially when I'm working with Amazon. It often gets pricing data more accurately than some of its competitors. I trust ScrapingBee because it has minimal downtime, if any, and the costs are pretty reasonable. The service just works, and that's what I appreciate the most. Honest support. Not performative, not upsold — honest. When my initial approach hit a wall, their team told me clearly what wasn't working, gave me a refund without me asking for one, and sent a follow-up after I found my own solution with an even better technical path I hadn't considered. Most support interactions in SaaS feel like they're trying to close the ticket. This one felt like they wanted my project to succeed.

Credit estimation for complex scenarios isn't as transparent as it could be. If you're running multi-step scenarios with various proxy tiers and rendering configurations, it takes some manual math to predict monthly usage accurately. I like that ScrapingBee allows us to extract information at scale very quickly and then normalize that data. The good UI and easy setup make it straightforward to use.
