I like that ScrapingBee is my main, daily driver for scraping tasks, particularly for a fleet of 300 scrapers. Honest support. Not performative, not upsold — honest. When my initial approach hit a wall, their team told me clearly what wasn't working, gave me a refund without me asking for one, and sent a follow-up after I found my own solution with an even better technical path I hadn't considered. Most support interactions in SaaS feel like they're trying to close the ticket. This one felt like they wanted my project to succeed.
