"Very bad success rate and customer support"

Describe the project or task Scraper API helped with:

I used scraperapi for more than 3 months, everything was OK until the service got really bad, with less than 10% success rate. After a week of sending emails with a horrible customer support (that takes more than 24 hours to answer) they couldn't solve the problem, they told me "We are bringing on new capacity over the next 24 hours to deal with this issue. Thank you for your patience" after 2 days, things continue being the same. I am integrating another provider in order to change myself because this company has a very bad customer support and this last month a very bad service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scraper API is an awesome app, because of its design. It automatically can collect necessary information from one's LinkedIn profile. What do you like best about Scraper API?

It’s simplicity and pricing. I initially looked at solutions like luminati but was put off by their huge and unpredictable costs. Scraper Api has a very clear pricing structure and low prices.
