New users usually get the hang of it in just a couple of weeks. **What do you dislike about SCP?** Despite being cloud-based, the synchronization process with the system tends to be slow. And the customer service often involves long wait times and they sometimes do not even reply to the emails. **What problems is SCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** SCP helps with managing VENDORS and keeping track of all the little tasks. Not that Eye-Catchy. Despite being cloud-based, sync with the system takes time. **What problems is SCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used SCP as a test for understanding the complete lifecycle of supply chain and how ease of use can be calculcated while offering it to clients. ### 4.
