Scout AI Reviews & Product Details

Scout is the AI front office for HVAC shops. Every call answered, every lead followed up, every invoice collected. Each shop gets its own dedicated Scout: a team of AI agents that works alongside the people already in the office. Scout answers calls 24/7. Speed to Lead replies to new leads in about 5 seconds and works each one toward a booked job. Scout's agents follow up quotes, win back past customers and text payment links to collect what the shop is owed. With Scout Chat, your team talks to Scout by voice or text, and Scout does the work inside your CRM: updating jobs, adding customers, moving the schedule and pulling answers. Drop in a parts list and Scout adds every part. Scout works inside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and FieldEdge, so your shop keeps the software it already runs.
