SLC worked with us to create a sales framework and process with tools that have empowered our team to be successful. We now have a systemised and scalable sales process.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

There wasn't anything that I disliked about this.

**What problems is Scott Leese Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had individual sales people trying to sell without any documented process or structure. This made our business single point sensitive to these individuals and their skill rather than having a system where even if people come and go we know what success looks like and how to achieve it. We also didn't have training for new people to set them up for success in a sales role.

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott is a no fluff, caring and dynamic guy. The thing I liked best was he just got down to it. He was always available to answer questions and that helped me move the needle faster. He's a great strategic partner to have and his partner JM brings the service he delivers to the next level. 

Biggest learning I had. Never run a sales Org without sales ops. Not only did we learn about hiring, coaching, and the tactical aspects but Scott helped us focus on the priorities that will continue to evolve in our team.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

If you don't ask, you won't get. Sometimes I wanted Scott to tell me what to do ;-) 

If you're looking for someone to spoon feed you, Scott's not that. He is however an empowering leadership coach and strategic partner who will help your people thrive if they want it bad enough!

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Ability to help bring in and hire an outstanding team. Scott has a deep rolodex and was able to tap people he knows to help us hire better and faster. Paired with feedback and conducting interviews, was a great way to find very strong talent.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott and the team can continue to learn more about how to advise new companies on how to set up their sales toolchains. Setting up a CRM and all sales tools is hard so direction there is always needed when that skill isn't provided in-house already.

If you are looking to start a sales team from scratch Scott is a fantastic choice.

Scott was fantastic in helping us start a sales team from scratch. From generating resumes, finding and selecting top candidates, to building our playbook and sales scripts. He also provided feedback on all content as well as coaching to the sales team and all reps.

I like that Scott is focused on what you need and brings an experienced perspective on how to improve your go-to-market strategies to win.  His counsel is rock solid and timely.

Cannot think of any negatives about Scott Leese Consulting.  From my experience, he is all about giving value first, before he asks for anything.  Wish more people were like this.

Grab a spot on his calendar as soon as you can.  Even a thirty-minute conversation can have a tremendous impact on your success.

During my time working with Scott, he was able to quickly identify how to simplify my messaging for a concept we are bringing to the Real Estate market.  His help in identifying simple improvements to messaging is already helping my go-to-market efforts.

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott is no nonsense when it comes to sales leadership. He is pragmatic and gets to the point. This was helpful in establishing our team, recruiting and the initial management of the team.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

It is important to have a plan for engaging Scott on a frequent basis. If you ask, Scott will deliver. But you have to make sure you ask.

**What problems is Scott Leese Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

He helped us create a hiring plan, build a pipeline for candidates and integrate our entire outbound sales motion. Once that had been implemented, Scott helped to co-manage the team and round out the edges of our process.

I was really impressed about how tactical his recommendations were and how he identified the specific areas I would have trouble with and what to do so I didn't have to make the same mistakes he's seen over the years.

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott has a very inspiring story that really speaks to most of us in this inside sales environment. His story is one of true self made success. You can be your own hero or worst enemy. We all have the same tools and resources. It is about what you make out of those resources that will set you apart from the rest of the floor. You have to be willing to give your all.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

I do not have anything in particular to say that would be negative in regards to Scott's consulting style. He really connects with you and helps you to understand that mindset is just a small part of it.

You will not be disappointed having Scott come in and speak to your sales org. He has a humbling story that speaks to self made success.

What it takes to succeed in a sales environment is work ethic and sheer determination. You have to be willing to go the extra mile and not ever get complacent.

Sharing how we need to not think each of our situations is unique, everyone goes through highs and lows in the sales process. What sets us apart is to keep the drive, mentality and watching our circle of people we surround ourselves with in order to be successful and continuously achieve goals.

Everything he covered was helpful. I will need to read his book, "Addicted to the Process" to really dive in and put into actions the methods that he shared.

After working in 3 start-ups over 18 years where Inside Sales was core to new customer acquisition, I met Scott Leese. Before our first meeting, I ordered his book from Amazon (Addicted to the Process: How to Close Transactional Sales with Confidence and Consistency) and read it in one sitting. From the book alone, I knew he just "got it". Within a half hour of meeting him, I was asking him how we could work together. 

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

+Experience and expertise: Scott Leese knows his stuff and is not shy about sharing. He is  straightforward and can evaluate any situation in minutes. He has seen it all before and you get the value of his experience and his gut. 
+Operations: Scott knows the importance of Sales Ops and instills a much greater appetite and appreciation across sales leadership and team members. 
+Urgency: Scott has great energy and understands the urgency of revenue issues and opportunities that relate to Inside Sales (and marketing impacting Inside Sales). He is quick to reply, jump on a call or treat a question or discussion with the immediacy required for a growing business. 
+Network: Scott has an incredible network and is not shy to use it. Whether you have a leadership challenge or need fresh applicants for sales representative roles, he has access to - and great respect from - talent across the country.

Very little. If anything, I wish he sat next to met at work so I had access to his expertise and take on situations in real time.

Scott works quickly and decisively while providing an extreme level of transparency.  You always know where he stands and is not interested in anything other than providing high quality feedback.

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott is a hurricane of a personality type, which is what I believe you want with outside advisement.  If you aren't interested in a strong wind that will keep pressure and moving, then this is not the consultant or executive coach for you.

Transform a small, scrappy sales team in to a high performing, scalable, professional sales department.  

**What do you like best about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott has a significant experience building high performing sales organizations.  He also has expertise in transactional/SMB sales which can be hard to find.  He's great at getting the right building blocks in place for an organization to grow and scale, including sales process, training programs, compensation plans, quotas, etc.  

**What do you dislike about Scott Leese Consulting?**

Scott has a busy schedule, so timing can be a challenge sometimes, but he works to make it as smooth as possible.

Scott is direct and honest. His years of experience allow him to identify problems quickly and recommend tactical changes that work.
