Schulprozess Reviews & Product Details

Schulprozess is a German-language web portal that lets a school run its school development in one place. The school programme and its concepts are written chapter by chapter as a team; subject departments maintain their internal curricula; committees hold meetings with agenda, minutes and resolutions; projects run as Kanban, phase model, OKR or design thinking; staff surveys are built in a form builder and evaluated anonymously. The modules are connected: a resolution of the staff conference becomes a task for the people responsible and stays on their start page until it is done; teaching units and responsibilities appear as building blocks in the concepts. The responsibility plan shows who is in charge of what during the school year, the meeting point books consultation slots via a link without parent accounts, and the calendar collects meetings, project dates and requests automatically. Schulprozess complements the school platform for messaging, timetables and grades rather than replacing it. Hosted in Germany, data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) from day one, only technically necessary cookies. Annual subscription per school by staff size, all modules included.
