SchoolCal Reviews & Product Details

SchoolCal syncs your class, resource, and event schedules from your SIS to staff and students' primary calendars on Google or Outlook. This empowers your entire school to see real-time availability, avoid scheduling conflicts, and book meetings instantly – instead of seeing blank calendars and playing scheduling tag. You can select what schedules you want to sync, which active calendar users you want to sync with, and customize how you want the events to display on their calendar. You can include just about any metadata that's available in your SIS, including teacher names, class codes, and more. Just set up your syncs, and SchoolCal will automatically look for new/updated events and make sure your school's calendars are updated. And if you need to push a last-minute scheduling change fast (because of a snowday, or an event with a new location) you can push an update to every user's calendar in 1-click.
