I work most closely with them on configuring and optimizing our CRM experience within HubSpot, developing nurture email campaigns, and setting up webinars. **What do you like best about Scholes Marketing?** It's been great interfacing with Scholes because everyone that works there is so friendly and really has our best interests at heart. Not only do they execute on what you ask them to accomplish, but they come up with multiple options and recommend what has worked best for other clients in the past. They always dig into problems for us and won't rush to an answer unless it's been researched and they feel confident in their response. **What do you dislike about Scholes Marketing?** The only downside of working with Scholes is similar to other marketing agencies in that they don't work right in our office. We are a start-up so we make decisions really quickly and all sit at desks right next to each other. So having to write up our project idea or jump on a call and wait for a response can add a slight delay in our process. But once they are engaged, they are very responsive to us. **What problems is Scholes Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scholes has helped us with many different aspects of our sales and marketing strategy from designing our website to assisting us with HubSpot. They've been most impactful to me and my sales team when it comes to making the most of HubSpot for our CRM.
