Scenario IQ Reviews & Product Details

Scenario IQ is an AI-powered voice roleplay and training simulation platform that helps organisations give employees realistic practice before they have important conversations in the real world. Using voice-to-voice digital simulations, learners speak naturally with AI-powered personas in realistic scenarios such as sales calls, objection handling, discovery conversations, customer service interactions, difficult employee conversations, performance discussions, leadership conversations and healthcare communication. Each simulation is designed to recreate the pressure and unpredictability of a real conversation while giving learners a safe environment to practise repeatedly. Scenario IQ can be used for sales training, sales onboarding, sales coaching, customer service training, leadership development, employee communication training and other forms of practice-based learning. Organisations can use pre-built roleplay scenarios or create bespoke simulations tailored to their own products, services, policies, customer types, competencies and learning objectives. After each AI roleplay, learners can receive structured feedback, scoring and performance insights to help them understand what they did well and where they can improve. Managers and learning teams can use the platform to make roleplay practice more consistent, scalable and measurable across larger groups. Scenario IQ is particularly useful for organisations that want to increase the amount of practical training employees receive without relying on managers, trainers or colleagues to manually facilitate every roleplay session. It can support new-hire onboarding, ongoing skills development, sales enablement, objection handling practice, communication skills training and scenario-based learning. The platform is designed for teams that want to move beyond passive e-learning and give learners the opportunity to actively practise conversations, make decisions and receive feedback in realistic AI simulations. Scenario IQ supports a growing range of industries and use cases, including sales, customer service, HR, leadership, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and professional services. Key capabilities include AI sales roleplay, voice-based training simulations, realistic AI personas, custom scenario creation, structured learner feedback, performance scoring, analytics and scalable practice-based training.
