ScaleXP is easy to use and very flexible, you can tell it has been built by accountants for accountants! We were looking for a system to integrate with Xero and ScaleXP has surpassed my expectations. The integration works really well and has helped us get much better insight to our financials, with the ability to drill down easily in the Reporting functionality.

We're a business with a fairly complex revenue recognition methodology so the revenue journals feature doesn't quite work fully for us currently, but Spencer and the team have been great at listening to our issues and helping us find workarounds and hopefully longer term solutions in the future. ScaleXP adds ERP-level revenue recognition and reporting functionality on top of Xero, without the cost or complexity. The AI report builder makes ad hoc reporting quick and accessible for finance and non-finance users alike. Month-end close is noticeably faster as a result. The integration with Xero to give our small business a real time view of our recuring revenue. It's been the best tool that we implemented, it's the ONE tool I could not live without. Being able to see which of our customers are churning, identifying who we've missed billing that month was invaluable, the missed invoices that show as red / churned probably saved us around £100k! We needed to elevate our reporting from Quickbooks and the integration with Pipedrive allows us to forecast new business along with renewals. Our Strategy team uses it for all their meetings to understand where we are and where we are going. The Customers tab highlights the revenue change by client each month. I love that I can easily create different Dashboards with clean visuals. It has replaced cumbersome spreadsheets and brings our reporting to the next level.
