They act as much as a consultancy as they do a service provider and I highly value their consultative approach. Additionally, the level of their quality assurance means I have minimal risks when working with ScalaCode. They have a fine-tuned change control process that allows them to roll forward and roll back functionality as needed. I’ve never had a negative experience if they’ve posted code that later needs to be modified. I know the systems that they recommend stand up.
