SAVIE is crew scheduling software built for event production and event technology companies. It helps technical dispatchers and production managers staff shows, tours and corporate events with technicians who can actually operate the equipment on the job, not just people with the right job title. Most crew planning tools match by trade: lighting, audio, video, rigging. But a lighting technician's title doesn't tell you which console they know. SAVIE's gear-skills matching starts from the concrete equipment on your next production, such as a specific lighting console, wireless system or media server, and shows which freelancers and staff have experience with it. A match is a suggestion, not a booking: your team compares experience and availability, sends requests and decides who gets booked. Everything runs in one shared workspace. Crew profiles, jobs, requests, confirmations and replies sit in one place instead of spread across Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and email threads. Confirmed bookings go out to crew as .ics files, Google Calendar or Outlook links, or a subscribable calendar feed. Crew can also connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar so busy times show up during planning. SAVIE covers more than crew. Fleet planning puts towing vehicles, trailers, drivers and maintenance blocks on the same timeline and books vehicles through their real return time, with conflict checks before two jobs claim the same truck. Time tracking lets crew record start and end times, which dispatchers review, approve and export as XLSX or CSV. A resource calendar shows productions, crew and vehicles on one timeline and separates confirmed bookings, calendar-busy time and unknown availability. SAVIE works standalone or alongside your rental and ERP software. Jobs, roles and equipment can be imported from easyjob, Rentman and Eventworx instead of retyped, so SAVIE adds crew planning without replacing the system you already use. The product is built for the DACH market: fully bilingual in German and English, GDPR-compliant with a data processing agreement, hosted on servers in Germany, and protected with two-factor authentication. SAVIE suits event technology companies, production service providers and rental houses that book freelance and permanent crew, and want to put the right technician on every show with less back-and-forth by phone and messenger.
