Communication is easy with quick turnaround on responses, even on more complicated inquiries. Our account manager is organized, efficient, and stays on top of our needs. There is no hesitation to bring in a tech or specialist in any area if she doesn't have the answer for us. She always ensures that our time is used productively. Getting the most out of our contract felt like a priority to our account manager and it was easy to implement new features we hadn't started with at first. Some of the language used in rules and certain parameters is hard to understand. It can be a little challenging to understand what the metric is, but when that occurs we are always able to send a quick question over or set up a meeting for more in-depth explanation.
