The best feature is that you can maintain your organization e signatures inside one software. We can automate workflows with the help of this ,from simpler to most complex transactions . The service some times takes lot of time to bring in the online signatures from the cloud locations where it is deployed. The cost can be more taken into the consideration for the big users. Electronic signatures are the way forward and DocuSign is providing a way to do so. An email notification is provided with a secure link to the document where the buyers can sign the document from anywhere. Email notification from DocuSign sometimes goes to spam folder which sometimes leads to missign of important communication from th procurement team when the POs get created.
