For the most part, departments at my institution (higher ed) constantly seek other 3rd party platforms to sustain daily operations and store data. Finding compatible platforms that can synchronize with SAP has been an enormous challenge. SAP is not accessible, so individuals who require adaptive technology/software, such as JAWS, cannot access the product. **What do you dislike about SAP Personal Data Manager?** Lack of accessibility, archaic design, and inability to interact with other platforms without considerable effort. Either the product is outdated, or the institution's IT team has left a lot of room for improvement. **What problems is SAP Personal Data Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is my institution's primary platform for data management. Several offices I work with complain about the lack of attributes SAP has and would like one central platform that can be used across campus by all departments without needing to invest in additional programs to perform daily operations. ### 2.
