"Exceptional Integration, But Configuration Complexity"
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?

I really appreciate its unrivaled depth of integration and its ability to handle extreme operational complexity within a single platform. One of the most appreciated features is the ability to manage complex tasks like kitting and labeling directly within the warehouse flow. I also value how it automates goods receipt, quality inspections, and deconsolidation of mixed pallets. The way it aligns warehouse activities with carrier schedules helps reduce freight costs by optimizing load composition and reducing dock congestion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?

Extreme configuration complexity. The standard 'out-of-the-box' RF (Radio Frequency) screens and desktop transactions feel dated and unintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful for Complex Warehouses, But Not for Everyone"
What do you like best about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?

What I like most about SAP Extended Warehouse Management is its high level of control and flexibility for complex warehouses. The advanced warehouse structure lets me define storage types, sections, and bins very precisely, which helps organize storage logically and reduce errors. I find the wave management feature very efficient for optimizing picking and speeding up dispatch. The RF support helps with real-time updates and ensures accuracy on the floor. The yard management and cross-docking give me better control over inbound and outbound logistics, reducing delays at docks. Integration with SAP ERP / S/4HANA provides a smooth data flow, keeping inventory, procurement, and sales perfectly aligned across operations. Overall, it's powerful for large or automated warehouses that need real-time visibility and detailed process control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Extended Warehouse Management?

SAP Extended Warehouse Management is powerful, but it can feel complex and heavy. Implementation takes time, costs are high, and configuration requires skilled experts. Some interfaces are not very user-friendly, and customization can become expensive. For smaller operations, it may feel more complicated than necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
